Qualifications

• Active RN license with Arizona Board of Nursing.
• Experience with QA investigations and healthcare audits.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Experience managing investigations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance Nurse Investigations Unit, including recruitment, staff development, supervision, and performance management.
• Ensure unit operations comply with Office of Inspector General standards and strategic objectives.
• Guide complex medical investigations with clinical expertise, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the Inspector General and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives and projects.
• Prepare and review investigation reports, ensuring evidence supports conclusions.
