Job summary

Americare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in an assisted living facility. The schedule is four days per week with weekend rotation, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Hedgewood Manor in New York.

Ideal candidates hold a NYS RN license, can work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent clinical and communication skills. Proficiency with Outlook/Word and basic scanning is expected.

Qualifications

• NYS RN license is required.
• Excellent clinical skills and patient care abilities are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for staff, residents, and families.
• Proficiency with basic office software (Outlook/Word) and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in an assisted living facility.
• Maintain high standard of clinical care and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Work four days a week with weekend rotation from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
