Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Current ACLS certification is required.
• Current PALS certification is required.
• NIHSS certification is required.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• Current clinical certifications as required by the department.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all department operations during the assigned shift.
• Manages material and labor resources per the departmental budget.
• Supports Lean initiatives and continuous performance improvement.
• Ensures safe, high-quality patient care and service excellence.
• Promotes teamwork and professional communication with staff and physicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
