Job summary

LifeBridge Health in Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Operating Room at Sinai Hospital. The ANM will support clinical and administrative leadership, monitor staffing, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive patient satisfaction and departmental efficiency.

Required: BSN, Maryland RN license, AHA BLS, at least two years in OR nursing and one year of leadership experience. This role reports to the department manager and focuses on team performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Maryland Registered Nurse license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least two years of Operating Room nursing experience.
• One year of leadership experience.

About the Role:

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) directly reports to the departmental Manager. Clinically and administratively supports the team. Monitors staffing and scheduling, develops a state of constant readiness for regulatory agencies, is actively engaged in patient satisfaction improvement/stabilization, and improvement of departmental efficiencies. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
