U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a registered nurse to provide and supervise direct patient care, applying the nursing process and coordinating care for education, self-management and patient satisfaction across the care continuum.

The role requires English proficiency, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and an active RN license in the United States. Preference for prior Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience.

Qualificações

• English proficiency in writing and speaking per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting bodies (ACEN/CCNE) or equivalent bridge program.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration in a U.S. state or D.C.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate delivery of care based on age-specific components.
• Coordinate care with emphasis on patient education, self-management and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to influence care outcomes.
