Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) in Larned, KS, to provide leadership and direction for the nursing team at the Diversicare facility. This role oversees staffing, training, and regulatory compliance while driving quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has 3+ years of nursing experience including supervisory responsibilities, and preferably has experience in long-term or skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
