Job summary

Diversicare - Larned is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing team and advance patient care quality. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility.

As a key member of Diversicare, you will drive staffing initiatives, foster professional development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-standard care for residents.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to guide a nursing team.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
