Qualifications

RN license in Maryland (or compact state) is required.
Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Develop unit/department goals, policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with standards.
Build cross-disciplinary relationships to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Conduct performance reviews and staff development planning; set expectations and accountability.
Oversee staffing, budget support, and resource management for patient care operations.
Promote safety, quality measures, and patient experience through continuous improvement.
