Job summary

Beaufont-Health- is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality, compliant patient care.

You will lead nursing staff, assist with scheduling, support recruitment and retention, and drive quality improvement. The ADON may coordinate interdisciplinary care and address patient and family concerns, serving as DON when needed.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Independent decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, survey process, and quality measures.
• Computer proficiency.
• Customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support DON leadership and oversee nursing department operations.
