Job description

Excellent company looking to add a RN Assistant Administrator to their team! Facility provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care, and rehabilitation therapy. Assists the Administrator in formulation of general and program policies by providing background information and interprets the implications for the Agency of policies considered.


DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include assisting with the following:

  1. Ensuring growth and profitability of local agency
  2. Coordinating clinical services and programs of the agency
  3. Preparing and implementing office budget
  4. Assures compliance with all necessary standards and regulations
  5. Active involvement in Accreditation process
  6. Responsible for operational functions of the office including rate settings and adjustments, reviewing financial data and investigating discrepancies, maintaining petty cash, and authorizing accounts payable
  7. Provide role modeling of teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude
