Job summary

Optum WA, formerly The Everett Clinic, seeks a Site Manager for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Edmonds, WA. You will oversee the OR, Endoscopy/GI Lab and PACU, leading a multi-layer leadership team and delivering exceptional patient and staff experiences.

This role requires nursing leadership, WA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in ASC settings with leadership experience. The position offers generous PTO, competitive base salary, incentives, retirement match, wellness programs, and parking

Qualifications

WA DOH Registered Nurse licensure required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
2+ years clinical experience in ambulatory surgery center, perioperative services, OR, GI/Endoscopy or PACU and 2+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversees department services delivery and collaborates with the health care team to manage patient care.
Ensures quality and safety of care and smooth patient flow within the department.
Partners with leadership to enhance the clinical care model and operational flow.
Maintains materials, supplies, and equipment in the assigned area.
Supports survey readiness and participates in departmental staff meetings.
Provides regular performance feedback and directs staffing decisions.
