Job summary

OptumCare is seeking a Nursing Manager (RN) to lead the ASC operations in Everett, WA. You will oversee OR/Endoscopy/GI Lab or POH PACU services, coordinate nursing care, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient experience.

You will develop clinical policies, manage budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate with ASC leadership to optimize operations and patient flow while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires nursing leadership experience and ability to manage a clinical department.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians, staff and leadership.
• Ability to develop policies, train staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of services in assigned area and ensures patient flow.
• Directs staff hiring, performance reviews and staffing logistics.
• Develops and enforces clinical policies and procedures.
• Assists in budget preparation and operational planning.
• Maintains readiness for surveys and ensures equipment and supplies are available.
