Job summary

Atrium Centers Roosevelt Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is hiring dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our 39-bed facility.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, supervising aides, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while promoting safety and dignity in a team-focused environment. Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset.
• A passion for improving the lives of residents.

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and support nursing assistants

Additional Offerings

• $7,500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time only!

  • Full Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

• $2,000 Sign on Bonus for Part Time only!

  • Part Time: All Shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift)

• 8 or12-Hour Shifts!!!

• Sign on Bonus + Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 39-Bed Facility – Lower patient ratios for more meaningful resident care
