Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative assessments and medication reconciliation.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition during procedures and recovery.
• Administer medications per policy and assist during vascular access procedures.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EMR and provide post-operative education.
• Ensure infection prevention and patient safety; collaborate with care team.
