Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our after-hours hospice team in Clemson, SC. The role covers on-call nursing from 5 pm to 8 am Monday through Thursday, with Friday morning completion, across our local hospice network.

You will be a patient advocate, working closely with families and the care team to ensure quality, dignified care for patients facing life-limiting illnesses. Strong communication and caregiving values are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call hospice nursing from 5 pm–8 am Monday to Thursday, with Friday morning to 8 am.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate with patient, family, and hospice care team.
• Support the local hospice team with 24/7 triage and care planning.

As a registered nurse, you’ll be a voice for your patients, all while communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care-the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team. You’ll serve as the patient advocate being able to ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve. After-hours Hospice RNs on Weeknights are salaried full-time to cover on call after hours from 5 pm - 8 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and ending on Friday morning at 8 am. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.

Qualifications
