Job description

Are you an experienced Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) living in Minnesota looking to support RN Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living Senior Communities by working in a remote, part-time role?

Are you knowledgeable about the processes and regulations for Minnesota Assisted Living sites? If you live in Minnesota and answered “yes,” we want you on our After-Hours RN team at Cassia!

This RN After Hours role primarily involves triaging calls from clinical staff for emergency situations.

Requirements: You must have Director of Health Services experience or Assisted Living experience to be considered.

Position Details:

• Remote, part-time roles requiring work every other weekend on a rotating schedule.
• Starting pay: $36/hour.
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts or increase hours.
• Must become licensed in IA, ND, FL, and CO; Cassia covers expenses and provides necessary equipment (cellphone, laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard).
• Additional requirements include a TB gold blood test.

Skills and Requirements:

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Ability to attend 1 day of training at the Edina, MN office and 1-5 days at a nearby Cassia site based on experience.
• Prior RN experience, comfortable with resident care processes in AL or long-term care.
• Assisted Living experience required.
• Director of Health Services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records and comfort with new technology.
• Self-starter eager to join the RN Triage team providing after-hours care.
