Responsibilities

Ensure patient safety by following policies and procedures.
Support pain management with pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures.
Collaborate with care team to coordinate interventions and discharge planning.
Develop and document discharge plans to maximize functional recovery.
Participate in performance improvement activities and Joint Commission readiness.
