Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state (Illinois).
• Two years of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings (LTC/SNF/AL/MC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to supervise 24-hour nursing operations.
• Maintain quality standards in line with federal, state, and company policies.
