Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC seeks a skilled RN for the 6CD Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. This part-time weekend night role (Sat/Sun, 7P-7A) offers 24 hours per week and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting. A valid RN license and BLS are required. The unit emphasizes safe, compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication.
