Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an RN Administrator to lead all agency functions including business development, financial management, strategic oversight, staff well-being and quality assurance. The role ensures regulatory compliance and implements company policies across all offices.

The RN Administrator will supervise staff, coordinate with physicians, and promote public understanding of home health services while advancing the agency's goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising admins in home health.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare certified home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies community needs and plans health services accordingly.
• Oversees budgeting and agency fiscal activities.
• Maintains and updates agency policies and reporting.
• Recruits, manages, and directs qualified personnel.
• Ensures staff education and performance evaluation.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Designates entry access for State surveyors in writing.
• Manages PR materials to foster physician/community relations.
• Reviews complaints and monitors patient satisfaction.
• Collaborates with physicians to assess service needs.
