A leading healthcare provider in Charlotte is seeking an RN Administrative Supervisor to manage staffing and hospital operations. This role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a BSN and RN licensure. Overview
This RN Administrative Supervisor will serve as the house supervisor, managing staffing and capacity for all of LCH. Responsibilities include rounding on teammates and collaborating with bed management to oversee patient flow.

Job Summary
The supervisor oversees hospital operations, focusing on communication, patient throughput, patient experience, quality, safety, and compliance. They act as an administrative designee, responding to immediate needs and assisting with investigations or emergency responses. The role emphasizes promoting safety and maintaining professional competency in patient care supervision.
Essential Functions
Physical Requirements
Requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting up to 35 pounds, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must have fluent English communication skills, intact senses, finger dexterity, and strong critical thinking abilities.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure. Two years of nursing experience preferred, along with management experience. BSN is required; candidates without a BSN must enroll within 1 year and complete within 3 years. BLS and CPI certifications are mandatory within specified timeframes. Professional certification within 1 year of eligibility is also required.
