Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee facility operations in the absence of admin staff. You will coordinate patient and department issues, liaise with physicians, and ensure efficient resource use to maximize productivity.

The role requires RN licensure in Florida, 3–5 years of management experience, and BLS certification. BSN preferred, with MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills. Located in Naples, FL within Nursing Operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
• 3–5 years of management experience as charge or supervising RN.
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA.
• CEN or CCRN preferred.
• Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall facility operations in absence of admin staff.
• Coordinate patient, family, and department issues during shifts.
• Provide high-quality service and liaison with patients, families, physicians and employees.
• Ensure efficient operation and optimal use of resources to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with bed board and admissions for in-house transfers and ER admissions.
• Maintain current knowledge of hospital policy changes and activities.
