Job summary

Trinity Health’s Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Berwyn, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 20-bed Acute Rehab Unit. You will provide direct, compassionate care on a day shift, serving patients ages 18 and older with stroke, neuro, transplant, orthopedic, and cardiac needs.

The role links skilled nursing with a supportive, team-based culture that values growth and patient outcomes. The position requires an ADN, BLS, and IL nursing license, with preference for 1 year of experience; new grads

Qualifications

ADN diploma from an accredited nursing program.
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
Illinois Board of Nursing license required prior to hire.
1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide bedside nursing care on Acute Rehab Unit with diverse diagnoses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patient progress, document, and adjust plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
