Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System in Georgia is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering individualized high-quality, safe patient care under the guidance of nurse managers and the Wellstar practice model.

You will uphold evidence-based standards, participate in governance, and mentor other staff, while ensuring patient voices are heard and goals are aligned with care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia or Compact state is required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Associates degree or nursing diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice, ensuring individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care honoring diversity and cultural needs.
• Collaborate with patient and family using bedside shifts, rounds, and teaching.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and institutional policies.
