Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing Required.
• Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and significant others using bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and planned teaching to keep goals central.
• Coordinates care through effective documentation and interdisciplinary communication.
