Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting. You will develop and adjust care plans with patients and families, work closely with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies.

Night shift may require weekend/on-call duties. Requires an RN license and at least one year of RN experience; a nursing degree at Associate level is required with a Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: One year experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensure: Current RN license recognized by state.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in acute inpatient setting following the established nursing plan.
• Develops and updates individualized plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinates care and communicates changes to team; ensures safety and compliance with policies.
