Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in Detroit, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and 1-2 years of clinical experience. Join a leading healthcare provider dedicated to enhancing health outcomes and well-being.
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of solutions.
Contingent Option 1: Unit-based contingent that reports directly to the Unit Manager/Unit Director. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. (Refer to Job Description, Registered Nurse, F02426).

Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
