UCHealth in Aurora, CO, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for transplant medicine at the Anschutz Pavilion. This is a full-time, on-site role with day and night rotation and a pay range of $35.29-$54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited RN program, hold a state RN license, and have BLS; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Join a multidisciplinary team focused on evidence-based care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed RN in the state; BLS required; CPR as applicable.
• Minimum 6 months of RN nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide top of scope patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and UCHealth teammates during orientation.
• Manage care in acute unit settings with high patient acuity.
