Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora is seeking a part-time RN for the Transplant Medicine Unit. The role is onsite with weekend day shifts and no remote option.

Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, depending on experience, with a quarterly night shift incentive program for eligible staff. The position emphasizes direct patient care using the nursing process, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional growth through UCHealth's education

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; if less than 3 years experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; active at start date.
• BLS/CPR card valid through sixty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precept or mentor new staff as needed.
• Support wellness and evidence-based practice in daily care.
