Job description

This facility is a proud Magnet Hospital awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the highest honor an organization can receive for professional nursing practice. Here, you will provide stellar patient care, work with state‑of‑the‑art technology, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

South Pointe Hospital’s 7th Floor Med/Surg and Observation Unit focuses on healing and surgery while providing comprehensive care and services to adults with a variety of diagnoses, such as chest pain, stomach pain, or generalized weakness. With such variety, no two days are the same, but you will be surrounded each day by a team of long‑standing caregivers who welcome you with open arms.

This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12‑hour shifts per weekend and one 12‑hour shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00 pm on Fridays and end at 7:30 am on Mondays. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full‑time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and to take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule.
