Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care – Ortho Surgical for night shifts. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting care in the Electronic Health Record, and contributing to performance improvement while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Experience: minimum 5 years RN with direct patient care; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Associates or BSN nursing degree; Bachelors preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state).
• BLS certification mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with direct patient care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with technology and clinical documentation.

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care – Ortho Surgical, working part-time night shifts.

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through evidence-based nursing practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and families, and coordinate care to optimize outcomes. Promote relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. Document care accurately, support performance improvement initiatives, and participate in professional development, mentorship, and research activities. Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and uphold organizational policies and standards, including safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelors preferred)
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, preferably with direct patient care
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in technology and clinical documentation
