Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an experienced RN Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within orthopaedic surgical units in Roswell, GA.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, collaborate with families, and uphold safety standards while supporting professional development of staff in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations.
