• Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. Collaborate with patients and families through effective communication methods, including bedside reports and education.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Coordinate and document safe care delivery, promote respectful interdisciplinary communication, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and support research utilization to enhance patient outcomes.
• Professional Development: Complete ongoing competencies, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and engage in evidence-based practice and research activities, including data collection and protocol development.
• Resources & Support: Plan for patient care across the continuum, develop care protocols, and optimize resource use to achieve best practice outcomes.
