Reston Hospital Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the acute care setting. You will assess, treat, document, and educate patients as part of a collaborative care team to ensure safety and excellent outcomes.

This is a full-time night position with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ongoing professional development within a leading regional hospital system.

Competenze

• RN license required or eligible
• Acute care experience preferred
• Ability to educate patients and families on care plans and treatments

Mansioni

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each shift, identify changes and report them
• Perform procedures and monitor care, document in medical records, administer medications and respond to adverse drug events
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively meet needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about diagnosis, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures
