Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. You will provide bedside care in fast-paced units, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS within 30 days of hire, and at least 1 year of recent hospital Med/Surg/Tele experience; relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited (Nursing) Program.
• RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• 1yr true, recent hospital Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside RN care in acute care units and fast-paced environments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff and others to ensure safe patient care.
• Maintain patient ratios and document care in the medical record.
• Participate in unit-based governance and pursue ongoing professional development.
