Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking an experienced RN to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards in a busy hospital setting in Nevada. You will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while upholding Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence at all times.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, one year of acute care experience (or completion of a specialty course within 6 months), Nevada RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• RN license in the State of Nevada with current BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification (adult), PALS Certification (pediatric) or NRP Certification as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times and oversee staff under supervision.
