Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patient(s) and family according to established standards and practices.
• Standards of Nursing Practice: collect data, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Lead in nursing leadership, teamwork, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Care planning and implementation: develop individualized plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Documentation: timely and accurate recording of care and outcomes.
