Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license required.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience requested.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross

Role Overview

This position involves providing high-quality, direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and mentorship to new staff.

Responsibilities

Deliver top-of-scope nursing care on specialty Med-Surg units of moderate to high acuity, prioritize patient wellness, and contribute to safe and effective clinical outcomes. Support professional development through precepting and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Skills

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), hold an active RN license, and have at least 6 months of nursing experience. Certification in NIHSS (within 6 months) and BLS (through AHA or Red Cross) are required. Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based care are essential.
