Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. It involves supervising staff to whom care is delegated, supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, as well as managing clinical staff competency and resource allocation.

Responsibilities
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for nursing.
Education
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor or Master degree in Nursing.
Certification
  • Required: Current license, certification, or registration as required by law or policy.
  • CPR certification.
