Highmark Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 8 North General Med/Oncology Unit in Erie, PA. This part-time role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include leading clinical practice, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and quality initiatives are integrated into daily nursing care. PA RN licensure and CPR are required, with specialty certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC required.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 FBI background clearances required.

Requirements

Education:

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.

Experience:

• Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• CPR certification required.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
