Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care for assigned patients within established standards and organizational policies. The nurse practices autonomously within the scope of professional standards and state regulations. Responsibilities include performing assessments, delivering patient care appropriate to age and developmental level, delegating care appropriately, documenting in electronic systems, and participating in quality improvement activities. The RN also serves as a role model, mentor, and resource for team members, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and maintaining clinical competence.

Requirements
  • Associates degree or diploma from an accredited Nursing program.
