We are looking for an RN with long-term care EXPERIENCE to join our team! Contract is for 4 WEEKS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION IF THE FACILITY NEEDS IT!

1st and 2nd shift available, including every other weekend!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Certified Nursing Assistants
• Administering medications
• Assessing residents for acute issues
• Performing daily assessments
• Skin assessments and wound care
• Developing and updating care plans

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of long-term care experience
• PCC/MATRIX experience
• Ability to build rapport with residents, facility staff, and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
