Job summary

Signet Health is seeking a Med/Surg RN for full-time night shift at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, TN. The role requires planning, directing, and evaluating total nursing care in the MedSurg unit in line with the patient care plan and hospital philosophy.

Eligible candidates hold a TN RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and may have 2 years of acute care experience. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification is also requested.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or ADN degree required.
• 2 years nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Tennessee.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.

Hardin Medical Center is currently looking for an RN (under general supervision) to plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in the MedSurg unit in accordance with established patient care plan and philosophy. Reports to the Med Surg Department Director of Nursing and/or designee.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree required

Work Experience

• 2 years nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting is preferred.

License/Certification:

• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Tennessee.
