ChristianaCare's Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4W Medical Surgical Unit. This full-time role offers rotating day and night shifts, with 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, and a 20% night differential.

The unit handles general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma and telemetry patients. A BSN or commitment to obtain one within three years is required, with at least one year of acute care nursing and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Delaware (or eligible)
• BSN required or commitment to obtain BSN within three years
• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting
• BLS Certification is required
