Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, DE is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4W Medical Surgical Unit. This full-time position offers rotating days/nights (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) with a day shift 7a-7p and a night shift 7p-7:30a, plus a 20% night differential.

The 4W Unit provides care across general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma and telemetry patients, in a fast-paced, supportive environment designed for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Delaware or eligibility
• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years
• BLS Certification is required
