Nursing responsibilities include managing cardiac drips, tubes, lines, drains, and pre/post cardiac or surgical procedures.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals or families. Ensure high-quality care and accountability as a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and contribute to team success through role modeling and mentoring.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
