Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas and BLS certification as required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop a plan of care.
• Implement plan and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient status and care provided in medical records.
• Clarify orders and seek guidance when needed; communicate with physicians.
