Job summary

The nurse will guide Licensed Vocational Nurses and other personnel in delivering patient care and must hold a valid RN license in Texas. This position allows for new graduates as no prior experience is required. Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Texas.
• BLS certification.
• Unit specific competencies obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to promote a safe environment for patients.
• Maintain required documentation of patient care and unit activities.
• Clarify orders or treatment regimens with licensed practitioners.
