Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH in Naples, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for the 12-hour night shift in the Adult Cardiac Telemetry Department. The 47-bed unit provides care for cardiovascular conditions with opportunities to manage pre/post catheterization and pacemaker care.
The RN collaborates with the interprofessional team, participates in quality improvement, and adheres to standards of care. Florida RN license and BLS are required; RN Residency is available for new graduates.
Adult Cardiac Telemetry Department is a 47 bed unit at our Downtown Baker campus that delivers care to a diverse patient population with a primary diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Nursing care consists of managing medical cardiac conditions (CHF, Arrhythmias, Cardiac Stenosis, etc.) pre and post cardiac catheterization and pacemaker implantation. The unit’s culture is inclusive and a great setting to build cardiac knowledge and skill.

The Registered Nurse independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care, policy, and procedure. Provides direct nursing care to patients, assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities. Participates in shared decision making, unit committee and quality improvement activities. Needs minimal supervision.
