Registered Nurse (RN)

Nursing Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing a resident care plan
  • Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
  • Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary
  • Consulting with and validating data
  • Recording pertinent information in the patient record
  • Identifying and evaluating the residents' response to health problems and treatments
  • Communicating residents' care needs to others involved in the care
  • Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
  • Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing
  • Working leader - oversees and implements a resident plan of care
Requirements of RN/LPN's:
  • Nursing License required
